<thetext>Section 7 Conformance Criteria, first bullet redefines the Model validation term, defined under the Terminology section :

1. The validator MUST perform model validation as defined in this specification. >>>>>Model validation is the process of examining each document in a model and verifying that this document is valid with respect to the model definition documents, i.e., each model instance document satisfies the schemas and rules defined in the applicable model definition documents. <<<

Suggesting to remove the Model validation definition from section 7 and update the Terminology section with any information that was only covered under Section 7</thetext>

    <thetext>Proposal:
Remove the following sentence from the 'Conformance Criteria' section:

---
Model validation is the process of examining each document in a model and verifying that this document is valid with respect to the model definition documents, i.e., each model instance document satisfies the schemas and rules defined in the applicable model definition documents.
---

The term 'Model validation' is already defined adequately in the terminology section. We do not need to add to that definition. Currently, the definition is as follows:

Model Validation
Model validation is the process of verifying that all documents in a model are valid with respect to the model's definition documents.
