    <thetext>In section 5.3.3, bullet point 3 makes normative statements which are really determined by the Schematron spec, not SML. The WG discussed removing this bullet point or moving it to a non-normative note. (If a note, then we change &apos;rule&apos; to &apos;sch:rule&apos;.)
