    <thetext>Align language around where in schema documents the attribute occurs amongst acyclic and target* headings using the first example in 5108.  5109 has language for element declarations equivalent to what acyclic contains for complex types.

Align language around separation of concerns in the same places.

    <thetext>In reviewing this section (now 4.4.2) it looks to me as though the edits related to 5108 and 5109 have covered the issues in this bug. The wording seems to reflect the same structure as in the preceding (acyclic) section.</thetext>
