They appear to be in the document because the sections they are included were moved from the guidelines document. This makes the document inconsistent in style. Justification: The document style is inconsistent. Including only 2 best practices is rather funny. Proposal: -- Either include best practies to other sections or remove the best practices in the Primer. My preference is the latter. -- Move the best practice for assertion versioning to the guidelines document.
