This URI was http://www.w3.org/2005/xpath-datatypes in the version of F&O published in Nov. 2005. It has the 2005 value in the June 2006 versions of XPath 2.0 and XQuery 1.0. I don't see a clear statement of a decision, but the sentiment is clear from the email thread in favour of stabilising the URI at the time of CR. 11077 2 ashok.malhotra 2006-08-09 21:36:20 +0000 The WGs reminded themselves that they had decided to freeze the URL for functions to http://www.w3.org/2005/xpath-functions. Note that the F&O also defines a URL for the codepoint collation and there was no discission of this URL. In the current document it is http://www.w3.org/2006/xpath-functions/collation/codepoint.
