&quot;In some cases, inference rules may need to use the fact that a certain judgment does not hold. not(Judgment) holds iff Judgment does not hold.&quot;

Note the extra &apos;f&apos; in &quot;iff&quot;.

After a search, it appears to only be used in that place. Perhaps the least intrusive and what would also make the spec simpler, is to simply replace &quot;iff&quot; with &quot;if and only if&quot;. That&apos;s also what&apos;s used in other cases in the specs.
