<thetext>The tests qname-cast-1, -2, -3, -4, and notation-cast-1, -2, -3, refer to a test source "userdefined". This source document is missing from the catalog and there's no obvious file matching it in the TestSources directory (though there is a schema of this name).</thetext>

    <thetext>Michael:

Thanks for the comment. I think, I was trying to do something that is not possible with our scheme, i.e. using a schema directly without an XML file to go with it. I will create an XML instance, which will validate and reference the schema. However for the NOTATION tests, I think I will use notation.xml and notationschema.xsd.

Thanks,

Carmelo</thetext>

<thetext>Sounds good. My own driver has no problems, however, with a query that does an import-schema on the namespace of one of the schemas listed in the sources section of the catalog, even though there is no input document using that schema. If you specified the input as "emptydoc" it would work fine.

    <thetext>Michael:

Thanks for the message. I am reluctanly closing this bug. I submitted the tests, which will use a schema with a user define type in it. I left the
"at" clause as part of the query. Test Suite users can change that
to fit their needs. I must admit, I am a bit uncertain about these tests. Please fell free to push back.

Thanks,
Carmelo</thetext>
