    <thetext>function-declaration-025 appears to be testing that functions declared in the empty namespace are handled correctly(that XQST0060 is issued). However, the query also contains the error XQST0039 because both the arguments are called &apos;n&apos;.

I suggest renaming one of the arguments, such that the test triggers only what it is designed for.
