2. I hate to revisit this troubled water but it is not clear why we are referring to RFC 2119 if we then go on to the terms MUST, MAY, SHOULD ourselves.

    <thetext>Thanks.  I fixed the typo and conditionally removed SHOULD from XPath.  However, I did not remove the definitions since I am not familiar with the troubled waters you mentioned and the definitions appear consistent with the RFC.  If you are unsatisfied with this, please reopen the bug and I will leave it for Jonathan who may be more familiar with the history here.</thetext>
