    <thetext>Indeed this upper-case/lower-case pair is present in Unicode 8.0; it appears to have been added since this test was written (it is not present in Unicode 6.2 which is the only other version I have checked).</thetext>

I have added a dependency on these test cases to unicode 7.0 as it is in this version that these upper and lower case pair were added.</thetext>
