I suggest using the "traditional" test suite case-insensitive collation here. 126388 1 mike 2016-05-09 15:39:39 +0000 In bug #29308 we introduced the dependency simple-uca-fallback to indicate that the test uses a UCA collation and expected that if there was a fallback, then it obeyed some basic hygiene rules. I propose adding this dependency, and adding to the documentation for simple-uca-fallback the fact that the parameter level=secondary is recognized as giving a case-blind comparison for ASCII letters.
