At our joint XML Query/XSL WG meeting on May 14 we recorded the following: Decision: Change references to errors FONC0001 and FOTY0011 to XPTY0002 and XPTY0004 in the text resolving Bug #2681 It is our intent to change the error codes expected for the test cases that you've mentioned. As such we have reopened this bug.
