<thetext>format-dateTime-011 expects [2006-10-01T12:00:00: 5
This day is early in the month, so let's look at the previous month:
September 2006:
First Thursday is 2006-09-07, so week 1 is Mo, 2006-09-04 till Su, 2006-09-10
week 2 is Mo, 2006-09-11 till Su, 2006-09-17
week 3 is Mo, 2006-09-18 till Su, 2006-09-24
week 4 is Mo, 2006-09-25 till Su, 2006-09-31, but 2006-09-31 does not exists and Su is 2006-10-01 !

So it should be in week 4 not 5

Something similar seems to happen with [2007-07-01T12:00:00, 2008-03-01T12:00:00 and 2009-03-01T12:00:00</thetext>
