<thetext>I'm not sure what to make of this test. XQuery, in section 2.4.5, URI Literals,
says:

"However, an implementation MAY raise a static error [err:XQST0046] if the value
of a URILiteral is of nonzero length and is not in the lexical space of
xs:anyURI, ..."

Schema Part 2, in section 3.2.17 anyURI, says:

"Note: Spaces are, in principle, allowed in the ·lexical space· of anyURI,
however, their use is highly discouraged (unless they are encoded by %20)."</thetext>

<thetext>Perhaps the thing to do here is is to allow for the error and the expected value as is now.

    <thetext>Jerome:

We are taking a two step approach to this issue:

1) Leave the test as is and allow implementations to raise the error.
2) Write a second test that uses "%20" instead of the space and require
    implemntations to pass that test.

Please close the bug if in agreement and when able to verify.

Thanks,
Carmelo</thetext>
