For example, https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/rendering.html#replaced-elements does not mention the `<button>` element but Mozilla apparently currently treats it as a replaced element (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1060131#c5 ). It would therefore be good if the spec had a section that gave an exhaustive list of all replaced elements in HTML.
