    <thetext>The test expects a non-error.

However, strict schema validation will fail for element &apos;test&apos; in namespace &apos;http://ns.example.com/val12/&apos; because there will be no matching in scope schema definition - unless the set of available schemas is being populated in some implementation-defined way.</thetext>

    <thetext>My assumption was that the schema named in the environment would be available during validation episodes, but I guess there&apos;s nothing that says this prescriptively, and it would be hard to require all processors to support this.</thetext>

    <thetext>I&apos;ve fixed this by adding an xsl:import-schema statement. Also fixed the XSLT version on validation-1204, it used 3.0 features, but was marked 2.0.

Changed pushed to the repository.</thetext>
