<thetext>Concerns have been raised about the definitions of court , law, REMEDIES, and money
elements in 3.2.6 and 3.2.7. A website is not the consumer's attorney and its not for the
site to say where someone is allowed to file suit. It may also mislead the consumer into
thinking that other choices are not available. Can we reword these definitions to address
these concerns?</thetext>
