    <thetext>When the FT3 spec links into other QT specs, it&apos;s often to an old version of the spec.

E.g.:

&quot;The diagram only shows the central pieces of the XQuery Processing Model (see Section 2.2 Processing Model^XQ)&quot; links into XQuery 1.0.

&quot;The string value is defined in [XQuery and XPath Data Model (XDM) 3.0] in Section 2.6.5 String Values^DM&quot; links into XDM 1.0/2.0.

There are lots more cases -- they should be easy enough to find.</thetext>
