For example, "WebVTT cue identifier" is about the syntax, while "text track cue identifier" is the concept. "WebVTT cue" is also part of the syntax, and there is no linkable definition of the concept itself. This really shows WebVTT's origin as TextTrackCue. I think that we should probably define "WebVTT cue" and related pretty names as the concepts, and change the names of the syntax definitions to use some suffix or prefix where needed. I just can't think of good names.
