This unnecessarily constrains query construction and compositionality. Proposal: Change the productions to use ExprSingle rather than StringLiteral, and change the accompanying text in sections 3.2 to speak of the expression being castable to the appropriate type (which, in the case of thesauri and stop word lists should be xs:anyURI not xs:string in any case).
