However, they do not support it for relative input. file:///D|/ with no base URL becomes file:///D:/ C:/ with file:///D:/ becomes file:///C:/ C|/ with file:///D:/ becomes file:///D:/C%7C/ It's the last one that Chrome and Internet Explorer do differently.
