For example, for the "latest editor's draft" of the spec: http://rawgit.com/w3c/aria/master/spec/aria.html link broken on http://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-1.1/ As far as I know, TR documents are immutable, so that link can't be changed. The other possibility is to set up forwarding on github itself, i.e. URLs that reference the old organization of the repository are forwarded to the proper place in the new organization. I don't know how to do that, or if it can be done. If anyone does, feel free to take on this bug.
