I believe that there is a new one at http://standards.iso.org/ittf/PubliclyAvailableStandards/c065274_ISO_IEC_23009-1_2014.zip but I&apos;m just guessing by going to http://standards.iso.org/ittf/PubliclyAvailableStandards/ and looking for 23009 .</thetext>
