    <thetext>The spec doesn&apos;t say how to set the text track in-band metadata track dispatch type. Precise rules for doing so are in the HTML spec, but it seems like it should probably be moved to this spec?</thetext>

We would move http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/embedded-content.html#steps-to-expose-a-media-resource-specific-text-track point 4 over into the new spec.</thetext>

    <thetext>Added the rules for setting inBandMetadataTrackDispatchType [1]. There was discrepancy for Ogg between W3C and WHATWG. I think the use of the Role header is correct.
