I was thinking that this is the key of "Romaji" ("ローマ字") key of JIS keyboard which is Alt + "Hiragana". (Romaji means Roman character in Japanese) So, I'm being confused now. * Should D3E define new value for JIS Romaji key? * Should "RomanCharacters" be shared between Korean keyboard and Japanese keyboard?
