The new format registry pages are using ReSpec, but the main spec does not. There is likely more to do, but those changes will be incremental and need not be tracked here. The ReSpec source is at encrypted-media-respec.html and the resulting output is in encrypted-media.html as before. The ReSpec conversion started in changeset 443 (https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/html-media/rev/2a99aaa94c08) and ends in changeset 464 (https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/html-media/rev/1130aeb43e71).
