If we wish to support other values of the shift size, s, we need to either (a) add s as an additional parameter to AesCfbParams (b) defined separate algorithm names, e.g. "AES-CFB-8", "AES-CFB-128" etc. In offline discussion with Ryan we have a preference for (b).
