I wasn't able to find a couple of the references (eg "expected in 2013"), presuably they have gone. References to XP, XQ, and XDM have been replaced by references to 3.1; references to XSLT are a bit more awkward since there is no planned version of XSLT that uses F+O 3.1, but I've done my best in the circs.
