<thetext>Specification: http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/workers.html
Multipage: http://www.whatwg.org/C#worker-processing-model-top
Complete: http://www.whatwg.org/c#worker-processing-model-top
Referrer: http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/

Comment:
Why do workers use document as their referrer source when they do not seem to
need document for anything else? Seems more logical if the worker's location
was used as the referrer.

<thetext>I'm confused. The API referrer source for a worker settings object is the script's URL. Are you talking about the referrer source for the worker script itself?</thetext>
