The very end of &quot;3.5.1 Predefined Schema Types&quot; reads:

define type fs:numeric restricts xs:anyAtomicType { xs:decimal | xs:float |
xs:double }

which refers to the type xs:anyAtomicType. From what I can tell, it&apos;s a typo for
&quot;xdt:anyAtomictype&quot;. Also see bug 2322[1].
