Hi janina, is there a best practice reference for the &quot;general rule&quot; you describe? As it would be good to be able to reference it from the HTML spec.</thetext>

The image&apos;s primary purpose in this case is as link text, adding descriptive information about the image itself in this case does not seem appropriate as it makes the link text ambiguous (is this a link to a logo?)</thetext>
