<thetext>XQueryX has a xqx:boundarySpaceDecl element that allows the specification
of strip or preserve.
However, as currently defined it does not apply to whitespace in the
XQueryX document, only to whitespace in the generated XQuery file.

The normative stylesheet never generates any boundary space, so
xqx:boundarySpaceDecl
is a no-op: the setting can be changed from preserve to strip
without making any difference.

As such it should be removed from XQueryX.
