unless there is a specific reason to speak in that voice  such as:

There are 33 instances of the word “You” in the document and I think moving to the passive voice might help the overall tone of the document in many of those instances. 

For instance:

Also, are we using UK or US spelling? ... Here in Canada, we use UK spelling, but I think the default W3C is US English, is that right Michael? (behaviour vs behavior)</thetext>
