    <thetext>The term sequence is used through-out the spec with 2 meanings:
- coded frame sequence
- segment sequence

For instance in the sentence:
&quot;The sequence start timestamp variable keeps track of the starting timestamp for a new coded frame sequence in the &quot;sequence&quot; mode.&quot; the last sequence means when sgements are appended without taking care of their timestamps.

This is a bit confusing. Consider renaming one of the two concepts.</thetext>
