    <thetext>&quot;complementary&quot; is okay, but &quot;note&quot; is more appropriate. Just like in many cases &lt;div&gt; is okay, but &lt;section&gt; is more appropriate.

And a side note, imoh, is not important enough to be regarded as a landmark.</thetext>
