    <thetext>The reference is currently to an old draft, while there is a W3C recommendation version of it.

Even though the reference is mostly used as an informative one, would still be good to point to the W3C REC version.</thetext>

    <thetext>I&apos;ve just checked and the URL is correct, but because it&apos;s a REC doc, it&apos;s missing features that CR contains, but weren&apos;t implemented.
