The value of the context position includes: "Definition: ... When the focus is defined, the value of the context position is an integer greater than zero. ..." Perhaps this should be stated as: "Definition: ... When the context item is defined, the value of the context position is an integer greater than zero. ..." to avoid a circular definition of the context position in terms of the focus, of which context position is itself a part. Also, in the definition of context, size perhaps "Its value is always an integer greater than zero.
