The design would allow the user to specify the names, types, and descriptions of the constant values method, and those values would be described with their own form and template. Ideally, the exceptions templates could be nested within the method pages so that the user is not forced to click through to yet another page to see details. Currently these have to be defined in-line with the property or method return value.
