For some reason the Page_Title template and API_Name template are not correctly setting the value to be the last bit of the URL. My guess is that #titleparts (documentation on http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Extension:ParserFunctions) doesn't handle @'s in URLs correctly.
