<thetext>The test framework uses a fairly arbitrary grouping of test cases under the name of "test suite" (where a given test suite isn't unique tied to a spec or a feature). My understanding is that the grouping is mostly based on what gets imported at a given time.

In most cases, one would want to get a list of test cases matching a set of criteria (e.g. "automatically runnable test cases for the sections of the HTML5 spec on video").

Bug #19575 would get us closer to do some of this; but since some of these bundles are likely to be common to a large class of users, it would be great if the framework would provide a way to name and store these dynamic bundles; ultimately, these bundles would likely replace the current "test suites" list.</thetext>
