    <thetext>Wherever a username is displayed, it is Title Cased, instead of being output as it was typed (and, hopefully, stored).  As a user, I expect my identity to be portrayed as I intended to portray it -- for example, I much prefer my username to be displayed in all-lowercase &quot;eternicode&quot; rather than the current &quot;Eternicode&quot;.
