Something like <script type="text/javascript" src="/scripts/jquery-min-1.3.3.js?v=132" local="com.jquery.min.133.js" sig="eaa41fbd734596533e98e557eae39b8b" /> The browser comes with copies of commonly used libraries or has access to a repository or downloads them from anywhere and validates sigs, using the same code where sigs match.
