HTMLCollection no longer has legacycaller.

So there is no reason to have it on HTMLPropertiesCollection, especially since there is no legacy behavior to be compatible with.

Also, PropertyNodeList doesn&apos;t need legacycaller, since NodeList no longer has legacycaller.
