Line 0 Column 0 The encoding "iso-8859-15" is not supported. iso-8859-15 is a valid encoding for XHTML 1.1 pages, and the page does validate. As would the linked stylesheet, <URL:http://members.outpost10f.com/%7Ejor/main. css> , were I to use that URL directly.
