So: -- change 'F' to 'expanded-QName'; -- add a premise: expanded-QName in { (FN-URI,"abs"), (FN-URI,"ceiling"), (FN-URI,"floor"), (FN-URI,"round"), (FN-URI,"round-half-to-even") }; -- modify (pare down) the preceding sentence accordingly. (Don't step outside the formalism when you can easily express something within the formalism.) And change "is cannot expressed" to "cannot be expressed".
