The Dependencies section states that this specification depends on the HTML5
specification.	However, this specification does not make clear anywhere
whether microdata can be *used* with HTML 4.01.  I don&apos;t see any reason why it
can&apos;t be and, if this is the case, the specification needs to say so
somewhere.
