I think the quote is clear: It is allowed. However the context - that it is said in front of the second table only, is confusing.

Btw, beneath the second table, the spec repeats that presentation is allowed, also on &apos;strong naitve semantic&apos; elements. Quote:

&apos;The entry &quot;no role&quot;, when used as a strong native semantic, means that no role other than presentation can be used.&apos;

I agree, though, that the spec could make it clearer.</thetext>
