    <thetext>Doing an eyeball scan, I found two instances of informal premises:
3.3.3 &quot;Handling dynamic errors&quot;, second premise.
4. &quot;Expressions&quot;, &quot;Static Analysis&quot;, first inference, second premise.
There might be a few others.  Like I said, this is an infrequent 
phenomenon and just needs to be documented that a few judgments are
given in English because the overhead of defining them formally is not
worth it.</thetext>
