The spec only mentions xsl:for-each, xsl:for-each-group, stylesheet function, global variable, and default value of a stylesheet parameter. On reading the text it also occurs to me that we don't make it absolutely clear that xsl:apply-imports and xsl:next-match change the current template rule.
