At least, I haven't been able to find a tag that would handle that. It seems that this is a useful tag to enable webmasters to guide search indexers... I know it could be abused but really think that the benefits would far outweigh the negatives. Are we aware of any software that might need this? Isn't this what the <body> element is for? The page is, by definition, about what it says in the <body>, right?
